Guest contact details

Contact details such as your email address and phone number are kept on a computer database. We do not provide your contact details to any other person or business. If you would like your details to be removed from this database please let us know.

Email newsletter

We send an email newsletter, with information on special offers, to guests approximately 4 times per year. The email newsletter is sent directly to you, and not as a group distribution. Please advise us if you do not wish to receive these offers.

Credit card details

Your credit card details are only retained until payments have been processed, and the information is then deleted from our records.
