Cancellation policy

In the event you may need to cancel a booking please be aware deposits are usually not refundable, however they can be transferred to a future stay. At the owners discretion, and where over 30 days notice is given, we may refund a deposit less handling fee of $40. For ‘no shows' or where the cancellation is given with less than 24 hours notice the deposit will be forfeited.

Damage

Please note the cost of repairs or replacement of any damaged items will be charged to the guests account.
